A progressive small animal veterinary practice in Dundalk, Co. Louth, is seeking a passionate and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team. The Role
- Position: Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days)
- Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum
- Additional Benefits: No out-of-hours (OOH), Sundays, or Bank Holidays

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting clinical consultations within a first opinion practice setting.
- Performing routine surgical procedures (spays, castrations, lump removals, etc.).
- Carrying out clinical procedures and routine diagnostics (x-rays, ear examinations, medical case workups, etc.).
Applicant Requirements
- All eligible candidates must be registered with the Veterinary Council of Ireland.
- At least 12 months of experience in first opinion practice is preferable.
- New graduates who are confident in basic surgical procedures are encouraged to apply.
- Must be an organized individual with excellent communication skills.
- Must be a team player who can collaborate effectively within a professional veterinary team.
