The Vet Office is currently recruiting an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon for a modern and well-equipped small animal clinic located in Dublin.

About the Role
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will have responsibility for both the clinical and operational success of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a high standard of medical and surgical care.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the veterinary team.
- Promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensuring clinical excellence and best practice standards.
- Mentoring and developing veterinary colleagues.

Candidate Requirements
- Veterinary Degree recognised in Ireland.
- Minimum 3 years of small animal clinical experience.
- Previous senior or leadership experience is desirable.

- Commercial awareness and interest in practice performance.
