Mixed/Farm Vet (80% farm) - Co.Limerick

The Vet Office is recruiting a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, well-established mixed animal practice in  Co. Limerick. This role is primarily for the spring period, with strong potential for a longer-term position for the right candidate.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who enjoys hands-on large animal work within a supportive, experienced team. The caseload is clearly structured and rewarding:

• 80% Large Animal (predominantly dairy)

• 15% Small Animal

• 5% Equine

The practice is open to flexible working arrangements and would happily consider part-time or alternative schedules if full-time is not suitable. Out-of-hours is shared and flexible where possible, supporting a realistic work–life balance during a busy season.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years large animal experience

• Eligible to work and practise in Ireland

• Full driving licence
