The Vet Office is recruiting a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a modern, well-equipped small animal practice in Doncaster.

This role is ideal for a senior clinician who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical standards, and mentoring colleagues while remaining hands-on in practice.

Key details

• 4-day working week

• 1 in 4 weekends

• No OOH (on-call only for overnight inpatients if required)

The ideal candidate

• Strong small animal clinical background

• Previous senior or leadership experience

• Passion for gold-standard, evidence-based care

• Confident coaching and developing a clinical team
