Salary: €45,000 – €100,000 gross per year (depending on experience and role)

The Vet Office, an international specialist veterinary recruitment agency, is currently looking for experienced veterinary surgeons to join veterinary clinics across Ireland.

We offer opportunities in different clinical environments and specialties, tailored to each candidates profile.

Roles available

• Small Animal

• Mixed Practice

• Farm / Large Animal

• ECC / Emergency & Out-of-Hours

• Senior roles: Lead Vet / Clinical Director (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine recognised within the EU

• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience

• Confidence in consultations

• Soft tissue surgery

• Internal medicine and hospitalisation

• English level C1 (Cambridge or IELTS)

• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills

• Willingness to relocate to Ireland within 1–3 months of a formal offer

• Driving licence (desirable)

• Registration with the Veterinary Council of Ireland (VCI)
