Mahomet, Illinois, United States

Associate Veterinarian at Mahomet Animal Hospital

 Job Description:

Small Animal Veterinarian Job in Mahomet, Illinois

Mahomet Animal Hospital is hiring a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join our growing veterinary practice in Mahomet, Illinois, near Champaign and Urbana.

We are a private, veterinarian-owned practice, not part of a corporate hospital group. Our decisions are made locally by people who understand our patients, clients, team, and community.

This is an on-site general practice and surgery position for an experienced veterinarian who is comfortable working independently while being supported by a capable and dependable team. We are primarily looking for a full-time veterinarian, but we will consider part-time candidates who are a strong fit for our hospital.

Practice Independently Without Being Left Unsupported

If you want the freedom to manage your cases and make medical decisions without feeling like you have to do everything yourself, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Our support team includes three full-time veterinary assistants, a practice manager, and a part-time receptionist. They are experienced, capable, and able to take on a great deal, allowing the veterinarian to remain focused on patient care, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, and client communication.

We are looking for a doctor who can become a consistent and trusted presence within our small animal hospital. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, establish continuity of care, and help our growing practice continue serving pets and families throughout Mahomet and the surrounding Central Illinois communities.
