If you are employed by Vertis Digital, we may disclose your personal data to:
- Clients, for onboarding, background screening and project-related requirements;
- External service providers (e.g., recruitment platforms, background screening agencies, payroll processors, insurers, IT vendors);
- Professional advisers;
- Government authorities or regulators, where legally required.
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
All third parties engaged are contractually or legally obligated to protect your personal data.
4. Retention of Personal Data
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Unsuccessful candidate data may be retained for up to 24 months for future recruitment consideration unless consent is withdrawn earlier.

You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data;
- Request correction of any inaccuracies;
- Withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data.
