About the job

As a QA Intern, you will support our QA and development teams in ensuring our software meets quality standards. This internship offers hands-on experience in software testing, exposure to automation testing practices, and the opportunity to learn industry-standard QA methodologies in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in running automated tests for web and digital applications.
• Help identify and report software defects.
• Support testing of new features and bug fixes.
• Participate in functional and regression testing activities
• Help maintain test cases and basic automation scripts
• Work with developers and QA team members to understand application features.
• Follow QA best practices and testing processes
• Assist with test results and basic quality reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow testing procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn automation testing tools and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with web applications and digital platforms is a plus.
