About the job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to assist with bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will help gather and analyse requirements, document business processes, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Documenting processes and specifications and communicating needs to technical teams.
• Participate in design discussions to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Review and prepare documentation with stakeholders, create and test plans.
• Support user training and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to change impact analysis and project delivery.
• Assist with pre-sales activities and technology strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Interest in business analysis and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
