About the Job:

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring software quality. As an Associate QA Engineer, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of manual and automated testing, working under the guidance of experienced professionals to ensure product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of test scripts to ensure test coverage.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and assist in designing test strategies.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
• Perform basic functional and regression testing, with opportunities to learn automation tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement of the testing process and framework.
• Receive mentorship in conducting code reviews and understanding high-quality code standards.
• Analyze test results with guidance and contribute to reports on product quality.
• Engage in learning opportunities related to industry trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.
• Assist in ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
