About the job:
The MarTech Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing automation and MarTech projects. This role ensures that marketing automation initiatives align with business objectives, are executed on time, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT, etc.), bringing technical expertise and a strategic approach to marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation:
o Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot).
o Design and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, lead scoring models, and other automated marketing initiatives.
o Build and manage complex workflows for lead routing, segmentation, and personalized messaging.
o Ensure high data quality and integrity within the marketing automation platform.
o Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversions). - MarTech Integration:
o Integrate marketing automation platforms with other MarTech tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, AdTech).
o Develop and maintain seamless data flows and system integrations.
o Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Track and analyze KPIs such as email performance, campaign ROI, and lead conversion rates.
o Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
o Leverage data to identify audience trends, improve segmentation, and personalize marketing efforts. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand business goals and translate them into automation strategies.
o Provide clear communication on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. - Training & Support:
o Provide hands-on training and support to internal teams on marketing automation best practices.
o Maintain internal documentation and a knowledge base for MarTech tools and workflows. - MarTech Strategy & Optimization:
o Lead the implementation and customization of new MarTech platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, DMP, AdTech).
o Oversee testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
o Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimizations for MarTech workflows.
Requirement and Qualification:
- 5+ years in marketing automation, MarTech project management, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Proven expertise in integrating MarTech tools with CRM, CMS, and other platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, DMP, and AdTech).
- Proficiency in creating automation workflows and managing integrations.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
