About the job:
Were looking for a driven and energetic Solution Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on Martech and CMS-related solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in an agency environment who's ready to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition around marketing technology and CMS platforms.
- Support the sales cycle from discovery calls, proposals, presentations, to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, delivery, and customer success to drive account growth.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client business dynamics.
- Willing to travel for meetings, events, or trade shows.
Requirement and Qualification:
- 4+ years of proven sales experience in an agency setting, preferably in a quota-carrying role.
- Background in MarTech, CMS, or related digital solutions is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable managing both short sales cycles and longer consultative deals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Located in Singapore and must possess valid work authorization.
- Able to travel.
