About the job:

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with a passion for ensuring software excellence. You will work closely with development and product teams to test web and mobile applications, identify issues, and support the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements
• Report bugs clearly and track them to closure
• Assist in writing test documentation (test plans, cases, and scripts)
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure timely defect resolution
• Learn and gradually contribute to test automation frameworks
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in software QA or testing (graduates within the first 3 years after graduation are welcome)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR)
• Basic understanding of QA processes and software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with any automation tool is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit)
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and adapt

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of any scripting or programming language
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum environment
• Understanding of REST APIs and testing methods
