About the job Production Manager
Job Responsibilities

Manage the entire process of overseas orders from contract signing to shipment.

Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, PMC, Sales, and other relevant departments to resolve issues during production, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of goods.

Develop and implement production plans in collaboration with PMC, based on order requirements and production capacity.

Monitor production progress and promptly adjust plans to address unexpected situations or changes in customer demands.

Develop and implement cost control measures to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.

Enforce strict quality control and establish a quality management system to ensure products meet international standards and customer requirements.

Analyze quality data, handle quality issues in a timely manner, and continuously improve product quality.

Build and manage an overseas production team by defining job responsibilities, work standards, and clarifying roles and duties of team members.

Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee motivation to enhance team capability and engagement.
Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with strong background in production management or order fulfillment for automation equipment/instruments.

Familiarity with production planning and execution processes, with excellent time management and resource allocation skills.

Proficient in ERP or MES production management systems and MS Office software (Excel, Word).

Strong budget management skills and cost control awareness.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with proven leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, innovative mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.

Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented work attitude.

Proficiency in English (reading and writing) preferred.

Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is required for communication with China-based teams and documentation.
