Job Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate new customer audits; follow up on non-conformities until closure.

Handle correspondence and requirements related to customer annual audit systems.

Lead and coordinate third-party audits, ensuring proper follow-up and closure of any non-conformities.

Monitor and verify system compliance; perform various internal audits (system, process, product, and routine) and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Promote CNAS accreditation:
-
Establish necessary documents and forms.
-
Upload documentation to the WebISO system.
-
Ensure internal implementation and compliance.

Promote and maintain the MVI (Manufacturing Visual Inspection) system:
-
Collect and organize process performance data.
-
Execute internal audits and ensure non-conformities are addressed.
-
Ensure document compliance within the system.
-

Liaise, coordinate, and follow up on quality system (QS)-led training and data collection related to training activities.
Job Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
-
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with system planning and management review processes, including quality control principles and process flows.

Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to lead continuous improvement projects.

Proficient in Minitab, QC Seven Tools, Six Sigma, and other quality-related tools.

Capable of communicating effectively with customers during audits or quality-related discussions.
-
Understanding of evaluation standards and requirements for new equipment and materials.
-
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
