Sr / Process Manager (Surface Treatment)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Management:
   • Responsible for the daily affairs of the Surface Treatment Technology Department.
2. Design and Process Review:
   • Actively participate in design review and process review activities related to the product.
3. New Technology Introduction and Product Development:
   • Responsible for introducing new technologies and product development, as well as improvement and other technical work within the workshop.
   • Organize and implement these tasks to promote technological innovation in the companys products.
4. Documentation:
   • Prepare, update, and maintain the R&D system, process improvement system documents, and related forms.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or above in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Materials Science.
• Knowledge of the basic properties of raw materials and equipment in the chemical and metallurgy industries, as well as related production processes.
• Proficiency in MFC product process skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
