Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling imports process activity to make sure documentation, cargo handling done and complete.
  • Make sure attendance punctuality and duty in work schedule.
  • Work closely with Infineon Team Leader to ensure operations running smooth.
  • All report or pre-alert must complete by daily basis and ensure correct details in place.
  • Check emails and follow-ups request on import and export (including ad-hoc) shipment to prepare invoice for declaration purpose.
  • Maintaining 5S housekeeping at office and warehouse work area.
  • Unloading the empty containers from truck and need to ensure the condition is good before sign over.
  • Perform the plastic lining activity at Infineon for the empty containers for outbound purpose.
  • Assist on the plastic wrapping of the ULD after the cargo has been stuffing by Infineon staff.
  • Ensure all outbound and inbound documentation is in place.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the logistic and transportation industry.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage.
  • Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
