Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process.
• Required hands-on and provide on-site field service support to customers.
• Perform installation and buy-off.
• Conduct maintenance and operational training for customer's staff.
• Trouble-shooting and customer support.
• Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives.
• Preparation of technical issue report.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Semiconductor, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates and candidates from related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, as it will involves communication with the headquarters.
• Knowledge of PC operations and relevant software.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in service roles or customer-facing positions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
