Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as network servers.
  • Conduct regular audits of users' computer systems to ensure they are free from viruses and that no unauthorized software is being used within the company.
  • Assist in maintaining the companys overall computer system, network and PABX system.
  • Troubleshoot the companys computer hardware or software.
  • Provide direct support Microsoft desktops/laptops and user access to corporate Network and applications on the network.
  • Provide support to office relocations and expansions of IT equipment.
  • Maintaining the companys intranet and website.
  • Ensure IP (Intellectual Property) Compliance in the company.
  • Source for cost-effective IT hardware and software where required upgrades for the company.
  • Provide support to staff on IT in software and hardware.
  • Generate and maintain IT monthly report.
  • Assist in maintaining the companys ERP accessibilities.
  • Provide training to all user on application system and software.
  • Provide support on ERP including installation and configuration.
  • Adhere to the headquarters' fixed asset management regulations to handle procurement, transfer-in and transfer-out, inventory management, and disposal of IT-related fixed assets.
  • Support the department's internal audits by conducting regular inventory checks as required.
  • Analyze and summarize typical problems encountered during the service process, incorporate them into case management, and improve desktop service efficiency and user satisfaction.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in computer or related major.
  • 2 years and above of desktop operation and maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, as it will involves regular communication with colleagues in China.
  • Handling common IT office issues and application system tasks, including ERP, OA, operating systems, Office software, instant messaging, email, printing, access control, conference systems, account permissions, office networking, and other routine troubleshooting.
  • Experience in building operation and maintenance processes and ITIL management knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Have good standardized problem-solving thinking, be sensitive to the identification and improvement of repetitive problems.
