Senior HR Manager
About the job Senior HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage and supervise HR team and section including Recruitment, Training and Development, Welfares, C&B, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Security Guard, SHE, Foreign Worker and etc.
Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment and aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and monitor overall functions of HR, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Realign HR process and SOP for ISO 9001, OHSAS 14001 & 13485 compliance.
Leading and directing the human resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
- Develop and ensuring management actions conform to employee handbook and labor laws.
Oversee yearly performance appraisal via KPI system and discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover dates and cost/hire) and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Adhere to all application Occupational Safety, Health and Environment laws and regulation as well as such standards.
- Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, sickness, grievances counselling and motivation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years
in a managerial or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple HR functions, including
recruitment, training, payroll, C&B, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 14001, ISO 13485).
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising and developing HR teams.
- Strong ability to build bridges between management and employees, addressing grievances and ensuring positive relations.
