Job Summary:

This role will be ensuring the alignment of global SAP solutions with business requirements and business processes. The individual will report to the central IT Enterprise Business Systems team and will play a critical role in optimizing organizations SAP landscape and integrated environments to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational performance across the landscape focused on but not limited to Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Logistics and within the chemical manufacturing space.
  • Design SAP ERP specific process and integration to align with process execution and architecture best practice.
  • Focus on architecting a global label solution to support business and customer specific needs including environmental health and safety.
  • Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure consistency and integration with global SAP standards and practices.
  • Provide architectural guidance and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for SAP enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Work closely with plant operations and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Ensure robust integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SAP initiatives and projects.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or
  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in SAP solution architecture and business analysis within a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical based.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP modules

business-oriented.

specifically MM, LO, QM, PM, and integration with PP, SD, EHS and FI/CO.

  • Experience with System Integrations, labelling solutions, Cloud Solutions and Cross Functional Design.
  • SAP Certification and significant experience in designing customer specific and product specific labelling solutions along with quality and product batch management and serialization processes with SAP.
  • Global Label Management and/or Nicelabel experience a plus.
  • Experience in implementing SAP S4.
  • Direct experience with SAP chemical manufacturing.
  • Experience with the integration of OT systems with SAP.
