Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring all processes and procedures align with industry standards.
  • Ensure that all products manufactured in the factory meet established quality standards and customer specifications, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, support new product development, and ensure that quality considerations are integrated into all stages of production.
  • Utilize quality management tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, to analyze and solve quality problems, driving a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality inspectors and other relevant staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, ensuring that all team members are equipped to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure that all quality management activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and records as required by industry standards and internal policies.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in quality management.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system and quality management tools.
  • Experience in the machining industry, preferably in semiconductor machining.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English. Required for business communication with Mandarin speakers and handling documents.
