Job Summary:

This role represents a senior position within the companys marketing department. This role specialize in Power Semiconductor Market (KGD & WLBI Focus).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take the role of solution expert while work with the sales force team to penetrate into target customers, specifically, being the domain expert with the extensive knowledge in power semiconductor application and test, being the product expert with the full knowledge of company products, being the business expert with the capabilities in solution proposals.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of the companys cutting-edge semiconductor test products to our target customers, including but not limited to KGD handler and the entire test cell and wafer-level burn-in system for power semiconductor (SiC/GaN).
  • Stay abreast of technological trends and industry developments, grasp customer needs and challenges, and take a leadership role in the conceptualization and execution of new product initiatives.
  • Execute comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to establish the competitive advantages of our semiconductor test products and to formulate a strategic development roadmap.
  • Actively participate in semiconductor technology and industry seminars, academic conferences, and industry exhibitions, while effectively promoting the company and its product portfolio.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global patent landscapes in this domain and collaborate closely with the Research and Development department to fortify our patent and intellectual property defense.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in electronics and electrical engineering, test and measurement, computer science, automation, or communication.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor test field, measurement instruments, or relevant, coupled with a robust technical foundation.
  • Experienced in KGD test, wafer level burn-in test, and power semiconductor test, as well as familiarity with semiconductor equipment providers and wafer fabs, is a notable advantage.
  • Possession of knowledges, skills and experiences in customer support, marketing and business development, and product sales function in semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment, or relevant.
  • Having strong communication and presentation skills, adept in information gathering and analysis, a quick learner, agile thinker, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle pressure.
  • Prior management experience, particularly in technical or team management, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the capacity to engage in international travel for global customers interactions.
  • Willing to travel frequently between Europe and Malaysia.
