Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily import and operations issues and documents of customs formalities related to Air Freight.
  • Closely work and coordinate with Superiors on Air Freight Import, handling import operations and warehouse delivery related to customers.
  • Effective study and understand the Import process and procedures.
  • Coordinate with several departments (Ops / Warehouse / Land Transport / Customs).
  • Interact with origin countries, vendors, suppliers and contractors for shipment arrangement via e-mail.
  • Work and discuss with custom team related to duties and taxes updates.
  • Inquire and collect feedback from customers, sales personals, partners to improve Customer Service performance.
  • To follow up with BD/ Sales on quotation request with its validity duration prior shipment arrangement.
  • Update data entry into Tango for mandatory events (ARR/NFD/DRB/CCD/POD).
  • Update monitoring reports (subject to customer request) via Tango.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Escalations of problems to Management if necessary.
  • Accept any additional and immediate task assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/ STPM or Diploma in a related study.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in AIRFREIGHT CARGO.
  • Knowledge of Import operation would be an advantage.
  • Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
