Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily import and operations issues and documents of customs formalities related to Air Freight.
- Closely work and coordinate with Superiors on Air Freight Import, handling import operations and warehouse delivery related to customers.
- Effective study and understand the Import process and procedures.
- Coordinate with several departments (Ops / Warehouse / Land Transport / Customs).
- Interact with origin countries, vendors, suppliers and contractors for shipment arrangement via e-mail.
- Work and discuss with custom team related to duties and taxes updates.
- Inquire and collect feedback from customers, sales personals, partners to improve Customer Service performance.
- To follow up with BD/ Sales on quotation request with its validity duration prior shipment arrangement.
- Update data entry into Tango for mandatory events (ARR/NFD/DRB/CCD/POD).
- Update monitoring reports (subject to customer request) via Tango.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Escalations of problems to Management if necessary.
- Accept any additional and immediate task assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/ STPM or Diploma in a related study.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in AIRFREIGHT CARGO.
- Knowledge of Import operation would be an advantage.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
