Job Responsibilities:
1. Create flow chart
2. Support all dcc new toys start-up.
3. Coordinate products problem to P.E / line gemba.
4. Station layout and line balancing.
5. Conduct engineering pilot run.
6. Work methods / methods improvements
7. Develop and layout assembly line.
8. Mainline product costing
9. Ensure all DDC products line supports meet MMSB schedule, quality & cost
10. Attend FMEA for new toy development.
11.Special project for DADS downtime and improvements.
12.Standard hours reductions.
13.Review and propose design change to move category D to non-D category
14.Review DADS machine limitation to run all type product category.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, with a strong track record in standards maintenance, layout design, productivity improvement, and metric maintenance, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerBI (or similar)
