Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote company's products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.
  • Assist customers in optimizing processes to improve yield.
  • Analyze quality abnormalities, determine responsibility, and propose improvement plans.
  • Able to independently analyze the causes of quality abnormalities and compile reports.
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with the internal team on quality and design-related issue.
  • Improve on customer support plans and build strong customer relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for customer product training and respond to technical questions.
  • Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or any Engineering related field.
  • 2 years and above of relevant experience in PCB lamination, drilling, plating processes, or CCL processes and technical services.
  • More than 5 years of proven work experiences as section head or equivalent.
  • Familiar with PCB processes and able to propose solutions for common issues
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Able undergo China for 3 - 6 months training.
