About the job Technical Support Chief
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote company's products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.
- Assist customers in optimizing processes to improve yield.
- Analyze quality abnormalities, determine responsibility, and propose improvement plans.
- Able to independently analyze the causes of quality abnormalities and compile reports.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with the internal team on quality and design-related issue.
- Improve on customer support plans and build strong customer relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for customer product training and respond to technical questions.
- Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or any Engineering related field.
- 2 years and above of relevant experience in PCB lamination, drilling, plating processes, or CCL processes and technical services.
- More than 5 years of proven work experiences as section head or equivalent.
- Familiar with PCB processes and able to propose solutions for common issues
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Able undergo China for 3 - 6 months training.
