Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification, evaluation, and development of new business opportunities that align with company's strategic goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and identify potential growth areas.
Collaborate with the Director of New Ventures to develop business plans and financial models for prospective ventures.
Support the execution of new projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Build relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support for new initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of new ventures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and outcomes related to new ventures.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's competitiveness in the marketplace.
Assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with new business ventures.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, project management, or strategic planning, preferably within a corporate environment.
Proven experience in analyzing market opportunities and contributing to the development of new products or services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in project management software and business analysis tools.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
