Job Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
Prepare HR documents (eg., confirmation letter, employment contracts, warning letters).
Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
Support the collection of data for payroll processing, including overtime and attendance.
Administer employee benefits and leave system.
Handle employee onboarding documentations and programs.
Ensure performance appraisal forms are completed on time.
Participate in employee engagement activities.
Address employees concerns or grievances and resolve minor employee disciplinary cases.
Provide HR services (eg., work passes, uniform, name cards, season parking).
Support HR Manager in various administrative tasks and projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or Administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with a good sense of accuracy.
A positive attitude with the ability to solve problems and work independently.
Strong analytic skills.
Self-motivated and result oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
