About the job Senior Customer Relationship Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship:
1. Develop the customer relationship to understand customer needs and the key
program and new opportunities.
2. Coordinate closely with Ops team and Sales team to ensure seamless support
for customers on the quote to cash process.
3. Manage the loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance and
flexibility per customer forecasts & demand.
4. Drive the customer qualification programs including site qualification, key
projects & new technologies approval.
5. Assist on the customer site audits and visit.
6. Mentor and guide the junior members of the team. To assist them with the tools,
understanding and the objective of the process and workflow.
Quotation:
7. Analyze Customers' Drawing, Data and specification.
8. Calculate Product Cost with Site Capability and process flow.
9. Setup & update quotation guideline with Site capability & process flow.
10. Setup & update cost database with Engineering Department & Finance
Department.
11. Provide price and cost analysis to Sales team.
Job Requirements:
Degree or above in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
>5 years working experience in electronic manufacturing industries.
Experience with International business will be an advantage.
PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill
Self-motivated, independent, data-oriented and a good team player
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin
