About the job Secretarial Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Independently managing a team in delivering high quality corporatesecretarial services to clients, maintaining high level clients services and toensure timely progression of workflow.
  2. Monitor / review the work of subordinates and monitor compliance withsubmission deadlines.
  3. Ensure companies registers and statutory records are accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Attend Board meetings and members meetings of clients and others asrequired, and undertake preparation of meeting notice, agenda and minutes.
  5. Draft / review announcements of public listed companies and prepare/reviewannual reports and circulars of public listed companies.
  6. Develop technical competencies of subordinates.

Job Requirements:

  1. ICSA qualification or pursuing ICSA course or Licensed Secretary.Candidates with a Degree in Law, Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.
  2. Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in company secretarial practice, with the ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients with a strong sense of integrity and trust.
  3. Experience handling public listed companies with strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements.
  4. Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Good command of written and spoken English with the ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  6. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  7. Entrepreneurially driven and able to establish excellent relationships with clients and staff.
  8. Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude.
