Job Summary:

Responsible to support the global Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) team by handling various administrative tasks, data retrieval, and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extract and consolidate Level 1 OCAP data into standard templates, ensuring timely submission to the CQE.
  • Gather initial product investigation data and information, assisting CQE in completing comprehensive OCAP reports.
  • Support CQE in executing quality notification (QN) administrative tasks.
  • Generate periodic base SPC/PCS reports based on customer requirements.
  • Assist CQE in data extraction, analysis, report preparation, and project follow-up.
  • Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) as needed.
  • Perform other assigned tasks or duties as directed by Customer Quality
    Management.
  • Identify and propose efficiency improvements in quality analyst workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational protocols, including safety, quality standards (ISO), SOPs, and Entegris Quality Operating Systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Additional experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an
    advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Basic knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • Familiarity with general quality systems (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-regional collaboration.
