About the job Product Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for process control during the phase of domestic product transfer

to overseas production, coordinating preparation work for product

introduction at overseas factories, tracking issues during the transfer

process, and driving issue resolution.

Participate in technical reviews for transfer product order intake and lead

technical reviews during the MP (Mass Production) stage, including ECN/PCN

(Engineering/Process Change Notice) reviews.

Conduct analysis of production and on-site delivery data, perform

experimental verification, and identify and improve issues related to defects

and customer returns.

Responsible for converting and drafting documentation for assembly,

testing, debugging, and delivery processes and specifications (appearance and

testing specifications) for products.

Lead standardization efforts for MP stage production processes, including

mechanical and electrical upgrades and optimizations, to improve product yield,

production efficiency, and quality.

Optimize equipment transfer processes within overseas production

departments.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

Mechatronics, Project Management, or related fields.

More than 3 years of experience in process improvement and equipment

assembly for automation equipment or instruments.

Familiar with the design, manufacturing, quality control, and reliability of testing

equipment.

Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to prepare

comprehensive reports.

Clear logical thinking, strong analytical skills, innovative mindset, and a

continuous improvement attitude.

Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.

Proficiency in reading and writing in English is preferred.
