Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. Job Responsibilities:

  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance evaluations to the sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and target clients to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key clients.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT products, services, and technologies to effectively promote and sell the company's offerings.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, networking, cloud-based solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
