Job Purpose

As an Assistant Manager Partnerships & Growth at Emirates NBD, your role is to

Developing a partner network and create a compelling bouquet of offers and deals for Liv. users, across various lifestyle categories. Support in developing & execute Partnership Strategy for key Liv Products. Oversee & drive the Lifestyle proposition of Liv. through long term and strategic partners across UAE (Government & semi government). Design & implement necessary analytics to measure & optimize partnerships. Drive usage, retention and cross-sell through tactical offers. Support in developing customer value proposition in line with customer segment strategy recognizing key customer need in order to gain competitive advantage leveraging the existing strength of Liv.


Responsibilities

On a day to day basis, you will

  • Work closely with product team, account management, marketing, group partnership team to identify opportunity & enhance product fictionality & distribution.
  • Support Head of partnerships for the end-to-end development & deployment of partnerships strategy.
  • Design & implement necessary analytics to measure & optimize partnerships
  • Use internal and market customer insight to identify opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional team in deployment of partnerships.
  • Manage platforms for collaboration with Liv and other gov entities in UAE
  • Own and develop the customer proposition roadmap and work with all relevant functions for the targeted entity.
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Carry out competitor analysis and market research.
  • Follows-up performance of offers.
  • Continuously develop our existing Value Propositions across the business to widening customer appeal and business profitability.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Implementation of these customer value propositions to reach key targets and market objectives.
  • Support to develop the end-to-end Customer Value Proposition in line with segment strategy.
  • Use internal and market customer insight to identify big themes/life events which relate to our customers.
  • Follow up performance of offers
  • Use internal and market customer insight to identify opportunities
  • Continuously develop our existing Value Propositions across the business to widening customer appeal and business profitability.
  • Work cross-functionally across the business to model short term and lifetime value profitability.
  • Update, refresh and continuously improve the customer proposition

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-5 years experience in managing projects &/or launching initiatives, Business Analysis and Product/service development
  • Thorough knowledge of acquisition, retention and cross sell concepts and strategies.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem solving, lateral thinking, negotiations, project management, team building, organizational and managerial skills
