Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize customer needs and pain points, focusing on understanding and resolving their requirements.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance. Research and recommend new opportunities, as well as propose improvements in profitability and service.
  • Conduct presentations and demos for customers and subsequently develop consultative proposals based on their requirements.
  • Engage in calls via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent after-sales service and communication with customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates from any related field are eligible, and having qualifications in
  • Engineering is considered a valuable addition.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the Sales field is a mandatory requirement.
  • Comfortable with technical aspects and capable of quickly grasping product knowledge.
  • Possess a customer-centric approach and excel as a team player.
  • Experiencein the Solar industry is an added advantage.
