Assistant Finance Manager/ Senior Accountant - General Ledger

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Involve in all accounting operations including, A/R, A/P & GL.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Work closely with the Finance Manager / Financial Controller & client teams
• Assist in training of new staff
• Prepare and finalise periodic VAT, WHT and corporate tax computations

The Person

• Final level of CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA or Degree holder in Commerce/Business Management/
• Finance from a reputed university.
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• FRSs Working knowledge
• Experience working with reputed ERP systems. Working knowledge of Oracle and HFM is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability and willingness to work based on client calendar and working hours
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Age between 25 -40
