Senior Accountant / Accountant General Ledger

The Role

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Involve in all accounting operations including, A/R, A/P & GL.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Work closely with the Finance Manager / Financial Controller & client teams
• Assist in training of new staff
• Prepare and finalise periodic VAT, WHT and corporate tax computations

The Person

• Member of or final level student of CA/ACCA
• Degree in finance and commerce stream would be an added qualification/preferred
• have a minimum 2-3 years experience in practice/audit sector
• IFRS Working knowledge
• Experience working with reputed ERP systems. Working knowledge of Oracle and HFM is preferred
• Advance Excel skills
• Ability and willingness to work based on client calendar and working hours
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Age between 25 -40
