  1. Design & Develop Survey Scripts:
    Use Ventures tools to create, script, and implement customized survey questionnaires. This includes defining question structures, logic, and response validation to ensure the survey flow aligns with research objectives.
  2. Script Testing and Troubleshooting:
    Regularly test survey scripts to verify functionality, accuracy, and user experience. Identify and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring seamless survey operation and reliable data collection.
  3. Coordinate with Ventures tools Support team:
    Work closely with the Ventures tools support team to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues. Ensure timely communication and follow-up to maintain survey functionality and optimize platform performance.
  4. Team Collaboration with Account Managers:
    Coordinate with Account Managers to manage daily tasks on Ventures tools, supporting both Market Research Department and external clients. Coordinate closely to align survey development and implementation with client objectives and project timelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, or any other field

Skills:

  • Experience with programming surveys using any market research tools
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and best practices
