Job Description:
The Procurement Specialist will manage the procurement process from negotiation to purchasing, ensuring that all products and services meet quality standards and are sourced at competitive prices. This role involves strong supplier relationship management and negotiating favorable terms for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Review and approve purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in procurement.
- Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing strategies and minimize costs.
- MUST have Strong Negotiation Skills.
