Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR outsourcing, with a proven ability to attract top talent and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the selection of high-quality candidates, while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies for attracting top talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, online recruitment platforms, and employee referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and recruitment events, to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment policies and processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on HR outsourcing.
- Strong background in HR outsourcing industry.
- Preference for candidates who are Arabic or Western nationals.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
