We are hiring on behalf of a leading producer of Composite Polymeric Materials in the GCC, a company at the forefront of innovation and industry excellence!
Job Description:
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans aimed at increasing market share and achieving sales targets. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with civil engineering consultants, contractors, and government authorities within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for growth in regional and local markets.
- Direct and manage all sales activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, projections, and expenditures.
- Identify new sales opportunities and emerging markets.
- Define and execute territory sales plans for target markets.
- Resolve customer complaints related to products or services.
- Advise distributors and dealers on policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track, analyze, and report sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- MUST have min 8 years of sales experience within GCC Market.
- MUST be coming from background of: Building materials, Geosynthetic composite engineering products for the construction industry & infrastructure applications
