About the job Business Development Executive
The Business Development and Partnerships Executive at Venturenox is responsible for managing the entire partner lifecycle from reaching out to a potential customers to closing a deal. They are involved in presenting demos, educating them, keeping in touch with them and closing the deals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Forge partnerships which bring us a constant stream of prospect clients.
- Engage in online communities, talk to relevant influencers, and use social media activity to the benefit of our products and services.
- Deeply understand the target market, their challenges and their expectations from our product or services.
- Deeply understand products and services offered by us along with our specific process and frameworks that we utilize.
- Coordinate with the growth team and the company leadership to develop sales collateral and build processes.
Desired Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with the partners and communicate effectively with them.
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role, being the face of the company and ability to set the tone in partner interaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effective presentations and demonstrations via online tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to research potential customers and their industries to understand their needs.
- Experience with lead generation tools such as SalesNavigator, and other CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
