About the job Content Specialist
The Content Specialist at Venturenox is responsible for bringing products alive by writing copy for websites, blogs, social media, user interfaces and other customer facing artefacts. They play a key role in establishing brand identity through words, and building narratives to help customers buy and use the products.
This role is for one of our SaaS products, and experience working in a SaaS company will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the product objectives and create brand guidelines in coordination with product and design teams.
- Write key brand copy such as tagline and description which reflects the brand personality and resonates well with the target audience.
- Write website content and help tell the brand story by partnering with design teams to improve the website structure.
- Creating content for the product blog and social media channels; and identify different types of content which can be posted on social media.
- Direct creation of multimedia such as intro videos and explainers which advances the brand narrative and helps customers understand the product.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to lead thinking, explain reasoning, and present findings and recommendations in a clear and articulate manner.
- Extremely creative with an eye for layout and design, a strong strategist that understands the why behind the copy.
- Excellent storytelling skills and with knowledge of consumer and content trends.
- Organized and efficient as they seek to marshal the resources to build content, such as designers, illustrators, animators, photographers etc.
- Ability to effectively use AI tools for creation of multi-media.
