Laborer

Venture Dynamics is seeking Laborers for project-based construction support assignments. This entry-level general labor role supports jobsite productivity through material handling, cleanup, and basic manual labor in active construction environments. Candidates should be dependable, physically capable of performing daily labor tasks, and prepared to work indoors and outdoors as project conditions change. Assignments are project-based and may continue based on performance and contract demand, with the potential for long-term placement or permanent hire with select clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor to support daily jobsite operations, including cleaning and maintaining assigned work areas.
• Stock, carry, and move construction materials and supplies throughout the jobsite as directed.
• Use brooms, wheelbarrows, and basic hand tools to complete general labor and cleanup activities.
• Support the project team with jobsite preparation, material movement, and other basic labor activities needed to maintain productivity.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow instructions from project supervisors and crew leads.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding general labor throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, brooms, wheelbarrows, and similar jobsite equipment.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and complete assigned work safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to work in active construction environments and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation is required to report to the assigned project location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with active construction jobsites and basic jobsite safety practices is preferred.
• Experience handling or staging construction materials is a plus.

Additional Information

Work is performed at active project sites where conditions may vary based on the scope and phase of construction. Environments may include jobsite trailers, existing structures, buildings under construction, newly completed structures, and outdoor work areas. Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, weather, and other construction conditions may occur; respiratory protection may be required based on task or location. PPE and appropriate work attire are required in accordance with site safety policies. Work schedules and assigned project locations may vary based on operational needs, and reliable transportation is required to report to assigned jobsites.
