Millwright

Venture Dynamics is seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to blueprints, manuals, and engineering specifications

- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve any mechanical issues

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating, cleaning, and adjusting equipment

- Operate hand and power tools, hoists, and other specialized equipment to complete tasks

- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to determine work procedures

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment

- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in equipment technology

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Millwright or in a similar role

- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery and equipment

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals

- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools

- Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
