#1006 - Full Stack Developer

Job brief

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team, working on a modern, AI-integrated product built with Next.js and Node.js. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own features end-to-end and work independently across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using Next.js, working confidently with both server and client components.
• Design and develop backend services and APIs with Express.js
• Implement and manage background jobs and async workflows using Bull
• Design, query, and optimize data models in PostgreSQL
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using LangChain
• Implement authentication and access control with Keycloak
• Containerize and manage services using Docker (Docker Compose or Minikube)
• Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2/C1) to ensure fluent communication across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Next.js (server and client components) and Express.js.
• Bull (or similar task/queue management tools).
• PostgreSQL.
• LangChain.
• Keycloak.
• Docker (Docker Compose or Minikube).
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort owning features from design through deployment.
• Solid understanding of building scalable, production-ready applications
• Excellent communication skills; this role requires working autonomously and coordinating with a distributed team.
