  • Experience with system administration tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for internet connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
