Technical Skills:
- B2 English Level or Higher for fluent communication with the client.
- +3 years of experience as a Technical Support in IT for Level 1 or 2.
- Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Experience with system administration tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Basic troubleshooting skills for internet connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
