#865 - ML / AI Engineer

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (B2 or Higher) for fluent communication.

• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI systems, with a focus on Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
• Proficient in Python and associated AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-Learn, etc.

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Microsoft tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring and leading technical teams on complex AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models tailored to specific business needs.
• Implement scalable training pipelines using Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deploy models to Azure Cloud services ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets required for training and evaluation of AI models.
• Utilize Azure services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions) for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
