We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in managing ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects. PMP certification is preferred.
Requirements:
- B2 English level or Higher for fluent communication.
- 2-3 years of experience managing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of ServiceNow projects, ensuring that all milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met within scope and budget.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure that they align with stakeholder expectations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular status reports, track progress, and ensure that documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive.
