#809 - DevOps Engineer (GCP)

Requirements:

• B2 English Level or higher.
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 4+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GCE instances.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems monitoring.
• Experience using configuration management and cloud orchestration technologies such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Experience implementing fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Gitflow Workflow.
• Experience implementing containerized deployments for enterprise level applications using Docker.
• Experience using Kubernetes for container cluster management and scaling.
• Superior communication and technical writing skills, with ability to engage, present, and communicate with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and issues with project timeframes or scope and manage expectations with all involved stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes to enable our developers to run their software in a self-reliant fashion.
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.
• Improve and maintain the infrastructure behind our continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Discover, analyze and troubleshoot anomalous application behaviors. Deploy monitoring and infrastructure tools exposing metrics and alerts.
• Work closely with business areas to understand how the products are built, designed and operated and the importance of them for the company.
• Create, design, deploy and maintain the infrastructure architecture required to support the applications
